At Signature Scents, we take great care to ensure that all orders are packed securely and arrive in excellent condition. All products are shipped in durable, protective packaging to maintain quality and safety during transit.

We currently ship only within Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 CAD. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD before taxes and discounts.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically range from 3 to 10 business days. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
