At Signature Scents, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, we do not offer refunds for any purchases made on SignatureScents.ca. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns under specific conditions.
To qualify for store credit, you must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on used candles, diffusers, soaps, or any product that shows signs of use or tampering.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. Once your return is approved, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item (excluding shipping charges).
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code that can be applied to a future order.
